Logs are going to a friend with a wood stove for firewood. As far as the dogs...life is to good for them to do that kind of work! [emoji23]Looks like a good start! What are you going to do with the logs? I bet those would make some good wood projects! Maybe use some of them to build a bench for your workshop after milling them down a little.
Looks like you need to set your dogs up with a tow chain and have them drag the logs around![emoji38]![]()
10' walls, R30 in ceiling finished with white steel panels, R19 in walls, partition wall at 40' so i will have a 10'x40' ground level storage area. Decided to do that instead of attic trusses. I figured in 15 years i am not gonna want to carry all my stuff to be stored up steps. Wanted to stay with 10' ceilings because I didn't want the building to look like a huge commercial building. Tan siding, burgundy roof, wainscoting and trim. Looking to do Rust Bullet on the floor.40 x 50 ... now that's a good size[emoji106]
Give us some more details on the plan.

Doors are 10' wide, 9' high. Yes i am in Jim Thorpe. Actually out the mountain area more towards Penns Peak. Love our little town! Glad you enjoyed it here!I don't blame you one bit. What size are the O/H doors ?
I noticed you're in Jim Thrope, been there about 11 years ago for a pre build trip, had a huge steak and got slightly intoxicated. Nice looking little town.![]()
Thank you and congrats on yours! Keep us posted on your build. It's enjoyable to see other people's projects!!Looks like you are off to a good start. Nice layout. Im just south of you about 15 miles. Starting my 30x52 next week. Keep us updated on progress!
Probably OSB on the interior walls after insulation. Having them finish the ceiling with the white steel panels.Nice, are you going to put plywood or chip board on the inside walls? I wish you had them use 2X6 for the wall stringers, instead of the 2X4. Still will be a nice useful building.![]()
