Here's a new pole barn I had erected by a local company outta Ephrata Pa. We did the concrete ourselves (26.5 yds). Waiting on the Clopay Commercial doors to arrive this week and sbould be able to get closed up.

12ft height inside height. I didnt price it as a kit... $19k in the air with 4 windows and trussed on 2ft centers. They did a real nice job putting it up.

So 19k assembled? How much did the concrete set you back? And it’s poured as a slab with normal pole barn post in the ground? It’s hard to tell by the pictures. Almost looks like its sitting on a concrete footer. But I could just be seeing it wrong. Also what company built the building? I’m in Virginia and looking on the East Coast for companies that people had good experiences with to get some quotes together.

I think we did pretty well cost-wise...quality has exceeded my expectations. Yes, its a poured slab. ..4500lb mix 4" everywhere except where the lift will go is 6". Lancaster Pole Buildings - Chet is the guy you will talk with and his brother and crew are excellent at their trade. Here's a few pics of whats going inside...

Doors finally installed. I really like the Overhead Door brand although they got a lot cheaper with their rail mounting. Used to be a full rail bracket from top to bottom. Now they use just a few brackets. Door seems to be same quality.

Just out of curiosity why did you go 2 foot of w the trusses ?

Had two friends that did both ways and the 2ft trusses made for a much tighter building, allows the change to sheathing/shingles in future if desired and sheetrock as an option aswell.

South Jersey..LOL.. that narrows it down!

Sweet nova.

I grew up with Morgano, worked for Kasper and worked on Bamman and Jacksons cars.

Franklin Twp. I'm building another Nova for 8.50 Index next season. The 10.5 stuff was a blast but, the budget to stay competitive just got outta hand.
