Adding 400 amp service to the house and ran 200 amps to the pole barn.

Located in Central PA. Cars and utv's in the garage area and a Kitchen, bar and half bath on the lower lever. Full bath and game room on the second level. Keeping options open if we want an apartment upstairs.

I definitely want to follow this. I would love a 40x60 for my next shop.

My buddy is building one soon as his permit just got approved for his 40x60. I want similar to yours with mezzanine up top for a guys room with windows to the outside and full glass walls to the shop below complete with icemaker fridge and freezer for the rye, lower level would be where the tool crib would be and 18x18 welding/fabrication room complete with its own rollup door would be.

What the specs on that mezzanine? Guessing the 20x40 you mentioned earlier. What are the specs on the floor joists? Whats the o.c. measurement? To clearspan 20' is pretty darn nice. I'd like to span a lil over 30' if possible.
