I've got a Remline 41" tool box. It only has one full size drawer and I'd really could use another. The only additional drawer I could find for sale is through Sears and it got bad reviews for being flimsy. And get this it's $211.00 on sale!

I don't have the tools for breaking sheet metal of that size so I'm thinking about building one out of plywood. I know it sounds cheesy, but I could build a real custom unit for 2 c-notes.

So Im thinking of building it with 2 drawers, any more than that and the top chest will be too high to see what's in the top drawer. Before I go to all that trouble, does anyone know of a company that makes auxiliary drawers 41"?

I have a Waterloo Traxx single full width drawer like that, good quality, had to make a little step to access the top of the top box.

I have the cman 41'' single drawer mid chest and it decent for the money. I got mine used for $100 and if you look around I bet you can find one for about that. Like I said it's decent for the price and you could always add a little to it to beef it up easier than building from scratch
