That is the 1/4 inch drive Sears best, stainless one? I think..... In good shape? Worth 40 to 100 bucks depending on condition. Average would bee 30 to 40 bucks in good shape, alot more for new old stock, or mint...... To the right Cman collector...

it's a good ratchet, the value depends on condition, if it looks new or practically new, I would sell it on ebay and use the proceeds to buy a much better ratchet - if it is pretty rough cosmetically, I would probably just keep it and use it.
