440 Electric heater conversion?

Anyone know if a 440 Electric heater can be converted over to 220 or is even worth it to try? I dont know a thing about these things.

Just a guess but I would think if its just a resistance element it would work although it would cut the output in half, if it has a force fan then no. Again just a guess.

Probably 460v three phase. Some of these can be converted, but you have to disable some elements.
