Greetings! I've been lurking for a couple months now and figured I'd introduce myself. My name is Todd and I'm 44 and living in Kenosha, WI. We actually just moved into a new house about 6 months ago and I came here looking for help with my pathetic 440 sq/ft un-insulated attached garage. I'm a hobbiest and like to work on my car, R/C and some light carpentry and really need to do something with my work space. I also need to fit a mini van and my (don't laugh) 88 Fiero in it, as well as some amount of workspace. This winter we got down to -50 with the wind chill so some insulation is my first order of business. I'll probably start a build thread somewhat soon!

Good luck!

Determine electrical needs first and add outlets as needed. Think about what type of heat source you are wanting and have that at least plumbed in b4 you insulate. Same goes with lighting.

Welcome neighbor from the western end of the county! Yeah, that cold snap in Jan. was pretty extreme and not something I care to see repeated.
