4x4x2 PVC Jbox with cover

Carlon makes a nice 4x4x2 PVC Jbox (E989NNJ). There is a solid cover. Is there a template I can use to make cut outs for 2 GFCI outlets ?

what about using a cheap 2 gang GFI outlet cover and trace it on your cover.

That's a 6p box -- waterproof when submerged. Cutting holes in it would rather ruin the rating. Whatever you're doing, there's a more suitable box for it. Use it. If you tell use what you're doing, we'll probably tell you what you can use.

It's ok to use drywall screws to secure the receptacle in this application.
Just remember to leave the cover plate screw horizontal.

A two gang FS, FD, or bell box & a 2 gang GFCI plate would be off the shelf solutions, plus a cord grip w/ a Kellums grip, rather then a jury rigged, cobbled together mess.

Fine, but you still need a box with hubs if you want a pendant box, and that one hasn't got them. A 2-gang exterior PVC box would have hubs, though it still won't be pendant rated, since the hubs aren't designed to be strong enough to hang the box.
