5.5" Craftsman Vise w/ 3 model numbers, needs jaws

I have a 5.5" Craftsman bench vise. It needs new jaws and I have the original manual. My problem is - THE MANUAL IS FOR 3 MODELS AND THERE IS NO MODEL # ON THE VISE.

It was made in 1987. Does anyone have a tool catalog back then? That might provide me the model number. The 3 possible model numbers are:
506.51801, 506.5188, & 506.51811.

Which number is for the 5.5" vise???

Also, is there a place to buy replacement jaws other than Sears?
