I found a 36mm single end wrench at the flea market for $1 but love my pawn shop just got a 100pc blue point 3/8 & 1/4 socket set and a wright 3/4 metric and standard socket set both were $100. They also let you fill a smaller shoebox for $5 you can get a lot in it by putting sockets in sockets and stacking/ stuffing stuff just right have got a lot of good tools that way.

I only have 2 pawn shops that have decent prices on hand tools. All the others try to get new retail prices.

I have yet to find a deal in a pawn shop here. They all want the same or more than new. I see harbor freight torque wrenches next to snap on models with the Same price tag

Little bit OT, But It kills me at flea markets, You ask how much for something,
They have to look at it, and give me a too high of a price, then they say,
"That's a Stanley" or "That"s a Craftsman"
Meanwhile, they sell you a Williams, or Proto wrench for 50 Cents.....LOL
Any more, if the quote is too high for me, I tell them honestly,
" I don't need it, I have a Million XXXXX, if you'll take a buck for it, OK, if not, I really don't need it, It's just sort of a hobby of mine".
They usually take the Dollar.

Hahah yes, At the pawn shop I go to if they see "Snap On" or "Matco" they'll charge more.
But SK, Bonney, Proto and such, they let go for cheap.
A while ago I bought a 1-5/16 Proto socket Brand-stinkin'-new. and I paid $1 for it. :lol_hitti
