We put up a coupon code for the first time ever that isn't limited to just cyber Monday (sale day in Nov. if you didn't know)! IT is valid through the end of June and good for $50 off any purchase that includes one of our tubing benders and one of our tubing notchers. We are not known for having sales, which is why we wanted to post this here on GJ. We have our tools brought up a lot here, especially in the fabrication forums. We respect the community and love to be here to participate.
Model 600 Tubing bender: These start at $725 as a weld together kit with one die. You can also get them in packages with multiple dies, and also fully assembled and ready to work. They are powered by an air/hydraulic ram sold by harbor freight (we make the whole machine here in the USA from US-sourced material, only the ram is imported). What sets these machines apart from the rest is the capacity, portability, and features. We've bent 2 inch solid steel bar on these machines! And they are very easy to use and move around. The most unique feature is that they can make S-bends (2 bends back to back without space in between them in opposite directions, like a flattened out "S"). Our clamping system also allows for the fastest and easiest prototype fitment of bent tubing on the market. No other system can have the material removed from the machine and re-installed to continue bending without measuring or leaving marks on the tubing.
Versanotcher: Starting at $425, our notcher is an amazing value. With the ability to clamp on bent tubing and notch bends, it's in a class nearly by itself. Match that capacity with it's ability to SAFELY clamp on flat bar, C channel, and square tube in both orientations, and you have the most versatile hole saw notcher made. It also features servicable bronze bushings at all pivot locations, and two rows of INA sealed needle roller bearings for the CNC machines 416 stainless steel shaft that attaches your hand drill to the machine and the hole saw used to cut the notches. It is also the only notcher with removable arbors. That means less wasted space, less downtime, and cheaper service when threads are damaged.
