50 x 75 building

Hey all,
I just happened on this forum by chance but am fortunate i did and and am amazed at all i have learned. I don't know what is more valuable, the "what to do's", or the "what not to do's"... Needless to say, any advice or words of wisdom are welcome!

We are building a 50 x 75 metal building in South Texas just north of San Antonio. The project was initially held up by previous liens on the land but its cleared up now and we are putting dozers on it tomorrow. It will have a mother in law suite of sorts built inside with the remainder for shop use.

1. Does anyone know of a reputable septic company near San Antonio, Spring Branch/Comal county to be exact?

2. Has anyone used an insulation or is there a better one other than the building manufacturers? I'm using Mueller's kit insulation currently and am wondering if i can do better...
