5000HP Barn build

View media item 73145Well I have been work on my cars out of the basement of my warehouse at work but it has come time to move out of there so I am building a new home on 150 acres and a barn beside the house.
Plan is a 40x60 center section with 16ft walls for a rear mezzanine and then 14x 60 sides. I was originally going to not enclose all of it but by the time I put my junk in it will be

Looks like your off to a great start, would love to have a 150 acres.

The siding was going to be metal but my wife complained the barn was way to big and way too close to her house. So I am doing a Hardi board siding

The shop is great. Now add a lift or 2 for some of your auto collection. This will give you some extra room until you make your next acquisition. Probably time for a Pontiac purchase. lol

Really depends on area could be 4K-10k per acre

I did a spgx coating on one shed side to see how it did and I like it I will finish the center section and other shed
