I would love to get something like that. My grandmother had a gas stove that looked like that but had some really nice features.

Too bad its not closer, we would seriously consider buying it. We are looking for a 50s or 60s Western Holly or GE range like that for our farm house kitchen. Restored ones go for several thousand and there is absolutely nothing you can buy now days with that style or functionality. I hate digital which is on almost every stove built since the 80s (except el cheapos like we have) but the decade of the 70s are mostly populated with avocado, harvest gold and other hideous colors.

looks cool, but how well do they work compared to today's stoves?


compared to modern stoves in my opion there is no comparison. i have my grandmothers kitchern stove ,its an old florence. i remember it in their house, and now we have it in ours;we have it going all winter.
butlets get to the buick garage, love to see more pics.its one of my favorites here ,enstead of buicks i can see it with power wagons. more pics please:rocker:
