I've been reading through all of the posts about lighting and it is quite overwhelming! I would like some constructive criticism on my proposed lighting layout.
Specs on shop:
50' wide by 40' deep by 16 feet high
One 10 by 10 door and two 12 wide by 14 high doors
Wall built inside to make one ~32 x 40 bay and one ~18 x 40 bay
I think I have the layout correct in the big bay, but not sure about the smaller bay.
Big Bay
West to east the lights will be 4' from the west wall, 11' 7.5" apart, and 4' from the interior wall
North to south 4.5' from the north wall , 10' apart, and 4.5 ' from the south wall
Small Bay
West to east 43.5" from the interior wall, 10' apart, and 43.5" from the east wall
North to south 4.5' from the north wall, 10' apart, and 4.5' from the south wall
The attachment below shows layout
I plan to use the James High Bay 2 ft. 110w lights as suggested on the Garage Journal
