Im putting down 2nd coat of sandstone supercoat today then going to try to install 2 coats of industrial 550 clear tomorrow in one day. (if possible) I have temporarily heater to help the hardening in the garage. Also I have 14 pc of Newage pro series cabinets to arrive friday. Is a day enough time to cure just to place cabinets in garage friday if i just place them on cardboard? seems like buggy has caught up with horse!!:lol_hitti Ill send pics if this garage ever gets complete.

If the last coat has cured for 24 hours, then placing them on cardboard would be fine. You just may have to wait a little longer for the flooring to completely cure if the temps are near the minimum for the coating.

Good decision. That floor looks great and it would be such a crying shame to mess it up. Any time it comes to curing, I double what the specs call for.

Thanks, I was surprised how well it came out. I probably went overboard with the prep but this was my first. 2 gallon of the 550 could of actually done 3 coats of clear if I could have split it up somehow, but was afraid mixture would not have been right. Here’s a pic of temp heat where i kept temperatures around 75 degrees.
I am so ready to get cabinets in and complete this project so we can get our house back:lol_hitti

You don’t realize how much you actually have in garage until you decide to do the floor
