Its a concrete pad for some type of exercise equipment... it'll be fine. Back fill around the sides to slope it a bit once done or frame up a half height step half way around each side thats exposed and then backfill the rest...

You could add fill, compact it and then pour concrete with a slab of even thickness.

Not knowing what the exercise equipment is, what it does and the forces at work makes it hard to say how thick the slab needs to be.

However, depending on the complete size of the pour (yardage) and the minimum load from the ready mix company, it may be smarter to just make the entire pour concrete when you look at the small load charges

Looks good, don't add fill as nuttsgt said you'll be paying a small load fee anyway. With small pads on slope it's good to have the bottom below grade all the time.

You can back fill with rock and then no need to compact the fill

That way youโ€™ll use less concrete, if that matters
