You just said the equivalent of "Hey guys, I want a new vehicle, which one should I get?".

We need more information! What kind of power are you feeding into this cord, what kind of portable equipment do you usually use, how often do you use it, is weight/size a concern, what about using the cord outdoors in poor weather?

This isn't a one-size-fits-all thing.

I would probably just put a welder plug on the end. I doubt you will drag it out for anything else.

I vote for your most common twist lock. You can stick an adapter on the end if needed. More likely to be used.

One employer had a minI sawhorse that had several boxes on it. As the helper, I hated loading that damn thing. It had everything we ever wanted on it. ( Including chargers.) It was handy.

Do you own the spider box? Then use it to get power away from the shop, since all the 120V receptacles are of the locking type, ( they are only Twistlock® if they are Hubbell) adapters are fairly easy to get at home centers, lumberyards, & the like.
