I too was lured in with a YouTube Video.

285X/SE12 (Wrenches) & 285 KBV12 (Holder)

I placed my order on December 10th and I'm still waiting. They shipped Feb 3rd, but they were returned to shipper before they left Italy, without an explanation. That's where we're at now - waiting for them to return and be shipped again.

I'd could my order entirely, but at this point I'm more curious how this will end and if they're worth the hype.

They'll either arrive someday, or I'll be refunded. This stuff happens and Im understanding of that. The Mister Worker customer service has been apologetic through this and refunded the shipping. Not a large amount on a $150 order, but they're trying.

Had mine for a while. Awesome wrenches and they cost me 85€ here. Got some of the Facom flavoured ones (same forge patter, milder broach) and those are actually my go-to wrenches for general use.

they'll put down a lot more torque before slipping compared to a 12pt
Actually less than many people think. Either will snap off the bolt unless the head is rounded off or very rusty.

So since my last time on here, ive bought a used SAE set of the Mac RBRTs off a guy for 170 bucks. Figured thats around half off for new ones from the tool truck. Heres a quick update (spoiler: isnt much)

Most work ive been doing lately is small work or in real tight spaces, so havent had much use for them. In fact, I have been going out of my way to try and use them and every time, the 6 point hinders me from getting on the fastener. Again, I should have used more practical tools in every scenario to begin with, and thats exactly what I did. Im just excited to use my new wrenches.....so in short, havent been able to use my new wrenches hardly at all! However, theyre nice in the hand, thats for sure. I also do not regret the purchase because I would have ended up with them anyways. I buy more tools than I need honestly. And lastly, I do way more metric work so that also has hindered my chances at using them more often.

Cheers yall, let me know what you guys think on your purchases.
