60 amp panel

I have a 60 amp service in my garage, ( I know, I need more). Im wanting to wire up an air compressor. I'm looking at a Kobalt 60 gallon or something in that flavor. From what I have seen they require about 15 amps. What do I need for wiring this up.. And more importantly do I have the juice.. I also have a welder, but I understand running them at the same time wouldn't be an option...

Whats the voltage on the motor,and the plate on the motor will also give you the amps.

Most all the 5 hp units similar to that will run from 10 with 30A breaker, some are even less but thats a pretty generic set up.
