60 amp service to pole barn DIY

After getting some price quotes today for my 60amp service to my pole barn,i feel i should just do it myself,Just need to know what materials i will need.It has been trenched out,the wire run from house to pole barn is 150ft. Wire size 3con#2 aluminum,100 amp service panel ,and enough breakers for the 60 amp i need,what else will i need to energize the this connection and for materials other than the romex and the outlets inside the building?Im dealing with ESA in southern Ontario Canada,so if someone could chime in that would be greatly appreciated.

You need 4 conductors, not 3.

Now I see you're in Canada so I still assume you need 4 conductors.

If you lived in the US I would say 4 conductor #2 MHF.
