Couple of years ago I purchased a Bergen metric double box set to preserve my SK g pros ratcheting wrenches . Bergen’s were around $60. In SAE Long wrenches I have gearwrench double box ratcheting one end and fixed box on other end. I spotted a eBay luck hawk double box SAE and was just under $60. So this comparison is what $60 bucks can get ya. Here’s Blackhawk first.

I really like the Blackhawks. Love proto tools. The Bergen’s have surprisingly been a great tool. Removing a exhaust bolt on muffler flange I pulled with all my might and the 14mm ox end held firm and did not slip. No flex on wrench either .

I have that same set of Blackhawks. I think they're pretty nice wrenches. I supplemented a Tekton 1/4 x 5/16 and a Tekton 1-1/8 x 1-1/4 on either end.

I keep my DBE's on the wall over my main bench. Unless there's a reason for another style, I usually reach for them first.
