7/16" deep socket in 1/4" hex drive

I'm looking for a 7/16" deep socket with an integrated 1/4" hex drive shank.

Yes I know I could use an adapter but that's not the question. Anyone have a source?

Deep socket or hollow shank? Klein offers the hollow shank.

Some of those look promising. When I googled I only got 7/16" sockets in 1/4" sq drive.

I bought this one recently. I talked to the seller and they custom ordered them in bulk for a special application. This was the only size they needed and are selling the remainder. It seems to be a good tool the few times i have used it:

Damn I'll give it a shot. Thanks! I really don't want that long but looks like I can cut it down and groove it in the lathe for the retainer ring.

Ive found knowing how to phrase a search on google is half the battle. Have to understand how to ask the question that will yield the results you want.

Yep I believe I searched 1/4" hex 7/16" deep socket and nothing at all what I was looking for came up on the first page of results. Admittedly, I didn't go to the second page. I can't be positive of the terminology italicized above; I first searched on my phone and now I'm on my desktop.

But now those same terms yield this thread as the 4th result LOL
