I need to drill out a broken bolt on my excavator track frame. The bolt size is 7/8" -9. I need to get a taper or starting tap and was wondering if anyone has a source or recomendation? I already have a general or plug tap. I also need a drill bit. I believe it is 49/64" and need the same recomendation. I have already drilled a 9/16" hole and was trying to use an easyout with no luck. I tried heating it but the bolt is in a hole, about 1" down and the flame was covering the head of my cutting torch.
