Just saw on the evening news that 7 Corners Hardware in St. Paul MN will be closing for good in a couple months. They will be liquidating there inventory at progressively higher savings, to what extent I'm not sure, you know how detailed local news gets. I will try to get details from my father in-law who is a tool rep and knows them well.
For those who don't know, 7 Corners is perhaps the coolest hardware store in the midwest. They have absolutely everything in an old school setting stacked floor to ceiling with any tool you could possibly want.
It really is sad, they put all the big box joints to shame with there products and employees. I will miss that place.
There could be some great deals to be had, I will post if I find anything out or perhaps someone more in the know will chime in.
