7 Drawer side box question

I just got the HF seven drawer side box to go on my 44" roller. My question is, is it supposed to bolt to the main box at the bottom?

Yes. It comes with two hex head bolts

Mine didn't, must of been defective.

The bolts could have slipped behind the drawers while the box was rolled around in transport. They may be under the bottom drawer now.
