My kitchen has 5 old incandescent 7" can lights in it and I'm looking for some help finding simple led retrofit kits that will cover the same as the old ones did as the ceiling is textured right up to the trim rings but no closer to the openings and I don't want to try to match up to a smaller light. I have found some lights but they are either very expensive or very bright.

Are there any reasonable lights for these stupid cans?

Thanks

Are I missing something?
Why not simply screw in some LED replacement floods? That’s what I did. Size BR30

They’re only a couple of bucks each.

I'm looking for something that will sit more flush to the ceiling and also replace the old steel trim rings. The old cans are "aimable" but that's not something I need as they are directly above the counter top.

A friend had over 2 dozen of those all over the house. Yellowed with age.
I bought new trims and installed them all with replacement bulbs in just a couple of hours. Looked great! (But not flush)

It wouldn't even be that much work to clean up and repaint the old ones, I was just wondering if there was a drop in led replacement to clean up the look of things.
