7x12 bandsaw

Picked up a horizontal 7x12 bandsaw for a good price, the only thing wrong is when it cuts it has a run out of .125 or so. Is this caused by a worn blade or something worse

Try a new blade before anything else, often they lose the set on 1 side and cut crooked. See if there is any play or slop in the frame pivot.

I looked at the settings and all seem good, it reminds me of a chainsaw when it looses teeth and halfway through the wood it angles away

The most common cause of these saws cutting crooked(ly) is excessive downward pressure. This is assuming a new blade and guide bearings lubed and adjusted. There are a number of sites devoted to these saws. You'd be surprised what you can learn there.
