8” Dayton. Good buy??

Hey all. I have the opportunity to buy an 8” Dayton on a pedestal. Dirty but looks to be In good condition. He’s asking 200 and said he would do 175. Is this good money? Model 4Z909B. That model is 3/4 hp correct?Thanks

Evidently he uses a camera that doesn’t change the date. I hope it’s not a huge project. I want to get some immediate use out of it. Will know soon.
