I can't find a serial number plate anywhere or a engraving...but I need the latching rail that hold drawers I place when you lock the box .
We took it off when with couldn't find the key and now it's missing ...think there are 2 that go in the back .
Do you think Mac still has parts for this box ?

I'd just lay the removed pieces in the back of the chest, maybe taped to the back. That way, no loss.

I once bought a Craftsman 26" top box at a yard sale, and when I got home and started evaluating my purchase, I had a pleasant surprise. The box was cheap, because the guy had lost the keys and the lid was locked. I was able to get it opened, and when I removed all the drawers, I found a signal generator which I sold on CL for > the box cost me. After that, I cleaned up the box, painted it with brush-on Rustoleum in red, and sold that too, for more-than I paid for it.

I was there the day my coworker removed the waterfall latching rails inside the tool box towards the back .he removed them because we lost the keys ...and I'm almost positive he threw them away ☹️.
I'm gonna contact Mac ...but I can't find the model number on this box and the left side of the box has fire damage so if there was something there it's not visible......I'm gonna try to clean it a bit and look some more
