8 ft wide insulation blankets?

The only place here is an actual insulation supply house that has locations across the state of Indiana.

A quick search shows several supply houses in the garden state

We use five and six foot for metal buildings and that is hard to handle. I can't imagine wrestling eight foot material. Check with commercial insulation suppliers.
