Not the same. 8" and Mossberg stands out.
That's everything I could find, and it's not an exact match.
I think you're being too exacting, Heels. Ignore the markings and compare only the construction details of the No. 150 in 4.c's first ad and the construction details of your specimen. It's exact. If only the markings, between a catalog or ad rendering and a physical example, are different, is that enough to consider it a different model?
