8' T8's Question (not double 4')

I came across a listing where the seller says he has (6) new 8' light fixtures which are single pin, so I asked if they were T12's or T8's and the reply was T8. I have never seen that , so anyone using them - opinions. I can get all for $50

If i remember correctly 4' T8 lamps are two pin and 8' T8 are single pin. There might be other variations too. $50 is a good deal. You'll probably pay that for one fixture in the store.

An 8' bulb costs more than 2 four ft bulbs.
