I've been using this guy on ebay:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Bench-Grind...t-/180646526779?ssPageName=ADME:X:AAQ:US:1123

Has white and blue wheels for HSS and others. Great luck with camel brand. It ships with plastic bushings for 5/8 up to 1 1/4" I made my own adapters with integral flanges. I don't like the bushings because of runout. If you have good flange washers the plastic bushing work OK. You always need to dress the wheel to get it concentric. I use a diamond dresser for that.

60 and 80 grit are usually supplied with grinders. I use 100 grit to sharpen tool bits. The grit depends on what you are doing with the grinder.

I go through 5-6 of those exact size grinding wheels every week at work. They are made by Norton and are course.
