80,000 btu mr.heater maxx pipe size.

Hey guys. my new house has a 1" manifold. Im planing on getting a 80k btu maxx garage heater, its about 70 feet away total in pipe, question is , what size pipe do i need? 1" or will 3/4 do?

I would make that run in 1". It will give you a bit more capacity for future use and I think it a good idea to have that flexibility. You mention that there is "nothing else on this run". Sizing a gas system requires that you look at the total connected capacity inside the meter.
