Hope this shouldn't be a Home Depot Clearance subject, but it doesn't really seem to fit with what goes on there. At any rate, was at the Farragut Home Depot, and they had one of these out, may have been a display. But I paid about $1000 for mine, so this price is fantastic for a home shop. Hope someone here may be able to snag it.

this is probally a online order and return/store pickup that was never picked up and it makes more sense to clearance it then ship it back due to size!
