8000lb 4 post lift, safe for 1/2 Ton?

Look up the curb weight of the vehicle. Then you'll know.

A 2021 Ford F250 Crew Cab 4x4 with 8 foot bed and the diesel comes in at a curb weight of 7,538 pounds.

Yeah, you'll be just fine with your 1/2 ton.

I just ordered a 9000 lb ans an 11000 lb Advantage four post lift.

I am selling the guest house and losing a 24x32’ garage in the process. Two lifts are cheaper than adding square footage to the shop, and thee 11k will lift the F450 dump truck.
