I hate to even start yet another thread about Sealers. But I'm on the fence with this.

I have 1600sq feet of floor, it was poured last Oct and 1100 cure was applied when it was poured.
It's a home metal/auto shop. And I hate oil stains, but can't see a topical sealer that would stand up to welding and cutting.

PS103 is a standard densifier, not an oil-repelling sealer. You may be confusing it with PS100.

GhostShield highly recommends applying their 4500 densifier 5-7 days before applying 8510. This prevents 8510 from penetrating too far into the concrete, which would require more coats to be effective. It saves money since 8510 is more expensive. PS100 does not require the application of a densifier first, but reports made in the field by customers indicate that it works even better if you do.

Both do a great job. They are the best protection you can apply for a penetrating sealer. It's just a matter of deciding which system works best for you and your budget. I have articles below that explain how both work:
