Sorry guys, i've been gone for a while. 2 weeks in Korea, just got back Saturday, and before that, a long slog on house projects and fixing the kid's truck AGAIN. I never seem to be able to get away from that thing.

Now that i'm back, first order of business was finish putting the daily back together, and pick up the pieces. I have a broken bolt in a cylinder head to fix on the kids truck and it's not cooperating. Of course i'm getting hammered by the kid to get it done. He's "on the spectrum" so of course he is irritated and all out of sorts that his world is wrecked without normalcy.

Lots of stuff to catch up on. Clean shop and garage, get boiler and house HVAC project done asap, etc.

I'll see if i can add some Korea photos.

Welcome back! Did you eat any kimchi? Bulgogi? Korean BBQ? Bimbimbap?

That's too bad that you didn't get to have Korean BBQ, as that's almost the same as standing in front of a grill at home, cooking a variety of meats that are delicious! Were the leaders too cheap to go for BBQ?
I agree with you on the octopus, same with squid. At least it was recognizable to fish it out!

I'm heading to China in Sept, there's a good chance we'll have Korean BBQ at some point on the trip. The last 2 times I've flown to China, I've connected through Korea on the way. I had a delicious breaded & fried pork cutlet in that airport.

Good luck on the home front, hopefully the trip gave you a chance to reflect and reprioritize to some degree.
