Hello, we have a problem with the programming of this remote control in our garage Motor which is a Craftsman from the year 1995 model 41a4315-7c, it has a green button and is supposed to work at 390 MHz frequency. My neighbor also has one just like this one from the same year with a green button.
We have reviewed on YouTube that the 893MAX control is compatible with several brands of engines and we have looked at how they program it.
We bought a genuine 893MAX Lift Master and a generic one, we followed the steps to program it and absolutely nothing happens.
I write because I believe the same thing has happened to many, in the control it says that it is compatible with Craftsman Motors from 1993 onwards.
Can you please let us know what is happening and why it is not programing ?
The motor works fine, but I need to have a remote control.
