Saw this deal a few weeks back but at a higher price and without in store pickup.

Craftsman 5-Drawer Red Ball-Bearing GRIPLATCH® Top Chest $116.99/239.99
Craftsman 4-Drawer Red Ball-Bearing GRIPLATCH® Bottom Chest $179.99/350.99

I ordered with the GearWrench 20PC Combination Ratcheting Wrench Set, SAE/MM for $44.99/99.99 to get it up above $350 then stacked on $5 off $50(SEARS2012), $35 off 350 (SEARS35OFF300AFFILIATEDEAL)

116.99+179.99+44.99-5-35 = 301.97 before taxes with free store pickup. What do you guys think?

It seems really odd, and in a way pisses me off that Sears' black friday sale of those Gearwrenches was actually MORE expensive then they are now. I bought them, and love them. I have been using a lot in the current job I am doing, and I even abused the 13mm quite a bit (by accident) and it still works great. No complaints about the tools, just about Sears.

Nonetheless, I am happy with the price I got them for, and I think the above is still a good deal.

Would this 2-shelf side cabinet side cabinet good to go with the setup?

And how is this chest rated?

It would fit, but might thrown the balance off if you load it up heavy.

Hmm, the top chest is shallow and the lower chest is clearly a lower-end unit with so few drawers. If it fits your needs, great! It looks like they just took their cheaper red chest and added Griplatch. My ball bearing Griplatch from '03ish has been flawless and has a noticeably heavier, quality feel than what I've seen in stores the past several years.

Is Waterloo still making them?
