I have a lead on a 9000lb Mohawk System 1 that was mfg in 1989 according to Mohawk and the serial number. It is now 3 phase, so will need to be converted to single phase through a new motor. Does anyone have an older System 1 or can anyone tell me the differences between old and new. I got some answers from the Mohawk service tech, but am looking for opinions/experiences from any members here. It came from a GM dealer auction, so I am assuming a lot of use the past 19 years or so. It is also missing the hydraulic lines, pads on the ends of the lift arms, probably other minor items as well. Could possibly get for $1500. Is that old worth it?

That sounds like too much money to me, a 20 yr old lift even a Mohawk isn't worth that much, 700 or 800 tops
