Con: Usually the pack in ratchets with these craftsman sets are the worst. (nowadays probably worse than they used to be)
Pro: You can take the money and buy a nicer one in 3/8" with the money you save.

Not a bad deal for home use. I started with less.

Another con is that there are a lot of filler pieces in that 94 piece set. Subtract the filler from the 94, and not many pieces left. Looks to be about 54 pieces of good stuff, 40 pieces of filler.
