I'm not sure how this sets up , found it in an old garage in a box.
No instructions on set up.
Look at photos, what you see is what I have.
The bar is two piece , one inside the other, They are stuck. I'm pretty sure some heat with a good tip will free it up. the tube size is 3/4 and 7/8", common size.
$70 for all in photos, plus shipping.
