I wanted to start off by saying how great and informative this site is. I really dig it.
Anyway, heres the scoop...........
I found out about racedeck flooring around 8 years ago. At the time my wife and I lived in a house with a 2 car garage. I wanted to make it into something enjoyable and a place that I would love to be in.
I ordered my racedeck floor and installed it. I loved the way it looked and performed. I was one very happy customer.
As a matter of fact I was so happy I ordered around 2000 more square feet to do my sign shops clean work area and our showroom.
Once again, I was very pleased with the flooring.
We'll my wife and I decided 5 years later to buy a bigger home. We moved in about a year ago. The garage is really nice for me. Its a 3 car garage with no support beams. Im going to trick this one out and will poist a seperate thread on that entire process.
This thread is for one reason and one reason only. Its to prove a point to myself and my wife and possibly show you folks something you might find interesting.
See, when I bought my first batch of racedeck flooring I told my wife, its better than epoxy, its an investment we can take with us. Well, now Im at that point. I pulled up all of the racedeck flooring BEFORE we listed our old house. Its been sitting in storage since then and has been waiting for its new home.
I also sold my business and took that floor with me before everything was set up.
So, I have-had alot of racedeck. The picture below shows what I have to work with.
Its a bit dirty, I need to clean it real good. Any thoughts on that? I was thinking about pressure washing it before install?
I will call racedeck and ask for suggestions............
