I had the need to measure the output of my a/c condensate pump and found it pumps 5 gallons every two days, this is a 2 story 2000sf 2 full bath home with a dry basement. Is it possible to identify an air circulation or non tight house by this measurement ?

No, IMHO - air door test is the way to ID air infiltration. We were at the drag strip this weekend, 37 hrs on the generator with the 15K BTU AC running, full sun and hot, easy 2 gallons of water poured off the roof when I raised to trailer to load the race car. RH wasn't more than about 40% in the early morning, well less when it was 100F outside. The water was what was left from sitting in the sun on an very hot aluminum roof all day, so the AC made well more than that in one day. The rest evaporated.
