A/C disconnect clearance?

Can my mini split disconnect go right underneath this service receptacle? Condenser will be to the left… this is obviously accessible but I’m unfamiliar with and wondering about vertical clearance. Condenser will be under the window. Thx 1341C62A-8863-42C1-8839-0B5BD40FCEAE.jpeg

Thanks both!. @nadogail , what I am confused about is whether or not the receptacle located directly above the disco would infringe on the vertical clearance requirement. It sounds like as long as the cover can be opened fully as designed then I am good to go. Fair? Thanks again

No, because it is not infringing on the working space. If it stuck out far enough that you couldn't be in front of the diso without banging your head it would be a different story.
