A/C problem

We have this A/C unit and i think something is wrong. We have set the temperature to 18 degrees C (we are in the philippines) but it is still hot. What seems to be the problem? Is it because we haven't cleaned it since the day it was bought?

Change the filter and clean the coils on the evap and condensor then come on back.

Without proper care and routine maintenance, ANY piece of equipment WILL fail.

You can sneak alot past me but when you ask why your AC is fubared you really shouldnt put a link to your AC company in your signature .
