A.c. stopped working, Filter location?

Hello everyone. Came home today to find out our a.c. stopped working. Was mid 80s almost 90s today with highs in the 90s tomorrow and around mid 80s for the next week or so.

Now we do not own the house we currently live in, but the landlord can be slow to fix issues. So I figured I'd check the filter first, however I cannot find it anywhere.

The condenser outside is a aire-flo 4ac13l30p, and I'm not sure what the furnace is. Anyone have an idea where the filter is?

I could live with the heat and just fans for a month until we close on our house, but we have 3 dogs, 2 being huskies who aren't a fan of heat.uploadfromtaptalk1465603054195.jpguploadfromtaptalk1465603073717.jpg

The filter is usually right near the furnace where the blower is. Is there air coming through the vents ? If so, the filter isn't the problem. It would have to be totally plugged up. I say call the landlord and tell him you are calling an HVAC company and ask him which one he prefers to pay.

That's a mobile home furnace, the filters are in the door that you opened to take the pic of the furnace.

Yeah figured out the filter aspect, kept over looking that. Ha. No filter at all.

Anyways, there is some air coming out, not a lot but some. Its cool, but not cold.

Thermostat reads about 80*ish currently, a.c. set on at 50*.

Man I can't wait to move into our house, and out of this dump. New house has a brand new furnace and a.c. system.

Condenser isn't running nor turning on.

No, just put it that low to kick the a.c. on. Normally keep the house around 68 give or take.

Check breakers... sometimes outside breaker will be tripped even if inside fan runs. Also there may be a breaker on the side of the house near the unit. They can hide in unusual places so check panel inside and on outside of house. ... make sure to turn both sides off and then back on. Sometimes they can look normal and one side will be tripped.
