I have a couple of tools that I don’t know (I have a clue, but nothing definitive) what they are. First is a pair of pliers. Nothing is marked except “made in USA” and 1/16. I assume they are crumpets of some type.
Next is what I believe is a puller of some type. To what I don’t know. I don’t have a thread pitch gauge to be able to tell you either.

Ding Ding Ding…..We have a winner!!!! That’s it! It perfectly matches pictures from online sales places. Thanks!
I thought it looked like a crank puller for a bike as well. The size/ thread would determine if it's for the bike. If it is, it's looks to be for a solid square taper spindle, vs the hollow Octalink/ISIS drive. A round stout washer or plug would make that work with the hollow spindle though.

Item in 4th picture is a crank puller for a cotterless square taper bicycle crank. This style crank is found on the majority of multi speed bicycles produced in the last 45 plus years. Not for an Octalink or similar crank. It should not be used on a hollow crank or crank with a nut vs bolt holding crank arm to the spindle(there are pullers designed for that application). I have exact puller in my tool box.
